Returns
Our return policy lasts 5-7 days. If more than 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a return or exchange.
To be eligible for a return for store credit, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with tags attached.
Warm Shop has a no refund policy. You can return your purchase within 5-7 Days with your receipt for store credit only. The items must be tagged, UNWORN and undamaged. Items returned with obvious use, makeup, dust, dander, dirt, deodorant or perfume will not be accepted. This is at the discretion of Warm Shop Employees.
If you wish to return your item(s) bought online, you must email us within 1-3 days of receiving your purchase. Returns must be received within 7-10 days of order date in perfect condition.
All gifts must be returned within 14 Days. No exceptions.
GIft Cards and Store Credits will expire if not used within 2 years.
All Fine Jewelry and Accessories are FINAL SALE are not eligible for return or exchange.
Items purchased on Sale are FINAL SALE and are not eligible for return or exchange.
Jewelry Gifts:
We accept returns for jewelry GIFTSs for store credit within 72 hours of the delivery date.
-To be eligible for a return, items must be unworn, tagged and in original packaging.
-Archive sale items, engraved items, special orders and gift cards are FINAL SALE and are not eligible for returns, exchanges or store credit.
